Step 2: Jobsite Meeting

With a solid understanding of your goals, we meet on site to see the project firsthand. This meeting allows us to review layout and design considerations, discuss logistics, access, and overall feasibility. We will gather photos, measurements, and other critical details at this meeting. Everything collected during this step helps us develop accurate and well-defined budget estimate tailored to your specific site and scope.

Step 3: Budget Estimate

Following the jobsite meeting, we prepare a detailed budget estimate to ensure projected costs align with your expectations and overall budget. This budget estimate is designed to help you evaluate project feasibility and determine the best path forward. From there, we work closely with you to refine the scope, clarify details, and adjust the proposal as needed to support informed decisions and a successful project.

Step 4: Contract Execution

At this stage, the project scope and costs are clearly defined and finalized, allowing us to move forward with confidence. Once the contract is signed, we transition into permitting and material selections, laying the groundwork for construction. This preparation ensures that when work begins, the project progresses efficiently and seamlessly from start to finish.

Step 5: Construction

This is where the fun begins. With a well-defined scope, finalized design, and material selections in place, construction can officially get underway. Our team gets to work bringing the plan to life—focused on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and steady progress as we start bending nails and building your vision.
